Q: Where do I meet my driver when I arrive at Pearson International Airport?

A: Arriving at Terminal 1 - In Arrivals, Proceed to the Pre-Arranged Kiosk at Door A and ask the commissionaire to notify Jackman Limo of your arrival

    Arriving at Terminal 3 - In Arrivals, Proceed to the Pre-Arranged Kiosk at Post 7-13 and ask the commissionaire to notify Jackman Limo of your arrival

 

Q: What do I do if the commissionaire at Pearon tells me they don't have a car for Jackman Limo waiting for me?

A: Please contact us directly at 416-569-6612. Sometimes commissionaires are overwhelmed and may overlook a vehicle or name on their list.

 

Q: How long will my pre-arranged car wait, if I experience abnormal delays after landing (luggage or customs delays)?

A: Please notify us of your delays via email at info@jackmanlimo.com as soon as possible to secure your car and avoid waiting charges.

 

Q: How do I co-ordinate with the driver when landing at YTZ Billy Bishop Airport?

A: Please email us at info@jackmanlimo.com once you have cleared customs and begin to walk through the tunnel. We will dispatch the driver to meet you at the designated pick-up area.

 

Q: How do I co-ordinate my exact timing and location if my pick-up is in the downtown core?

A: Please email us at info@jackmanlimo.com 10 minutes before your desired pick-up time to confirm what time you will be out as well as which side of the building. There are many no-standing zones downtown; drivers sometimes need to circle.
